Rushbrooke National School, Cobh, Co. Cork
This project consisted of the construction of a new bespoke stand alone two storey 24 no. classroom primary school at Rushbrooke, Cobh, Co. Cork. The school was constructed on the existing school site with the old school being demolished.
Matt O’Mahony & Associates Ltd provided mechanical and electrical services installation design and specification as well as construction co-ordination and monitoring services for the project.
Mechanical services included full fit out of heating, plumbing and ventilation services including boiler house installation, heating services, hot and cold water services, ventilation, soils and vent and fire protective services and general mechanical services.
Electrical services included main distribution, power & general services, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm & detection, communications, intruder alarm & CCTV services and site services.
