Bridhaven Nursing Home, Mallow, Co. Cork
This was a 70 bed extension to the existing 70 Bed Retirement Home – bringing overall home capacity to 140 beds.
All works were carried out while existing facility remained in full operation.
The extension also included construction of a smoking room, TV room, living room, parlour room, dining room, change area, hairdresser / physio room, nurses station, sluice, bathrooms with specialist baths and laundry room.
Project Details
Our involvement in this project comprised the design, specification and construction monitoring of complete mechanical and electrical services installation for the project.
Specialist design services included therapy baths, hoisting equipment, patient alarm systems etc.
