Tyndall National Institute, Lee Maltings Complex, Cork

This project involved the provision of approximately 2,000sqm of offices, electronics labs and utility plant rooms within the confines of the existing facility.

Upgrade works on existing facilities within the building including provision of new gas process and utility piping, HVAC and gas storage infrastructure in existing laboratory installations were also carried out as part of this substantial project phase.

All of this work was carried out in a ‘live educational campus environment’.
